3. Rights of admission inside the Resort is decided solely by the Administration
4. Savings up to 10% on Stays and 15% on Food and Accommodation only for Premium Members.
5. All discounts and special offers would be valid only for a limited period.
6. Members are requested to confirm such offer’s validity through the Resort’s Office.
7. Amenities like swimming pool, fitness center, etc… shall be enjoyed for FREE of charge by Premium Members only.
8. Other members of the Resort can enjoy the amenities like the Swimming pool, badminton court, and party lawn by paying a nominal fee at the Resort Office.
9. 24 Hour Check in and Check Out for all Cottages / Rooms
10. IG Family Resorts reserves the rights to open and close room for memberships.
11. The validity of the offer for a package deal is mentioned in the description of the package itself.
12. All bookings are taken at the discretion of the Resort Administration and are subject to availability of rooms, cottages and other amenities. If this allocation is reached the resort cannot accept any more bookings.
13. A full refund is applicable if such situations occur.
14. If a boy/girl’s age is below 12, he/she is considered to be a kid. Boys/Girls above 12 will be considered as Adult.
15. Right to alter the children’s age is at the sole discretion of the Resort Administration
16. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for Premium Memberships.
17. All information is to the resort’s best knowledge accurate on the time of publishing. However, information and prizes shown are subject to change without notice. Members are requested to check all details at the time of booking.
18. Every care and attention will be given, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury, illness etc…
19. IG Family Resort is not responsible for your valuable belongings Outside of Cottages and Rooms or anywhere in the premises of the Resort.
20. Parking your vehicles would be at your own risk. Damages caused due to God’s willingness like Floor, Rain, Cyclones, etc… will not be barred by us.
21. If any damage is caused to any property of the Resort, the member(s) shall take the whole responsibility of the property.
22. In such cases Administration can collect a replacement fee from such members.
23. Members are requested to inform their arrival / departure either through Phone Call or through E-Mail prior before their stay in Resort.
24. Every effort has been made to ensure that the Information, including room rates and availability, is accurate and reliable.
25. However, errors and/or omissions may sometimes occur and IG Family Resorts shall not be bound by any such errors and/or omissions which may occur and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever which may result from such errors and/or omissions.
26. Below mentioned amenities are common to all Premium and Non-Premium members.
27. Amenities like Swimming Pool, Children Play Area, Badminton Court, Football Court, etc… depend upon the availability of such facilities in a particular date.
28. As a user of this Web Site you are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to access and use our Resort(s) Web Site, and Content in accordance with these Terms of Use. We may terminate this license at any time for any reason.
29. IG Resorts may from time to time revise the Information and reserves IG Resorts to make such changes without any notify past, current or prospective visitors to this Website.
30. For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your departure from IG Family Resorts or upon arrival in IG Family Resorts but definitely before the commencement of the services.
31. Management personnel’s hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
32. All payments can be made through Online Payment and also Wire Transfer to our bank.

1. In the event of cancellation of services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing.
2. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: -
   15 days prior to arrival    : 10% of the Total cost
   10 days prior to arrival    : 20% of the Total cost
   5 days prior to arrival : 25% of the Total cost
   48 hours prior to arrival : 50% of the Total cost
3. Less than 48 hours or No Show :No Refund
4. REFUND POLICY The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and any other miscellaneous charges for the work completed by us. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account
