Al-Khabeer, the multi-cuisine restaurant owns the place of pride. Set in the entrance of the resort, it has well-appointed chefs that suit all tastes and a wide and varied choice of delicacies. This magnificent traditional structure was once the home of a renowned noble family of Kerala.
Some of the fondest memories we have in the Handlery family are those that have brought business associates and generations together around our dining room table. That's why we're proud to provide our vacationing families and business travelers with a restaurant that's made for these special moments.
In the case of our chefs, that is most definitely true. They like to learn about the art of cooking as much as they like to practice it. So if you've got a family recipe passed down through to generations or if you'd like to comment on a meal you've had at IG Family Resorts, do share it with us. Of course, we believe in giving even better than we get.
